On 2.10.2024, an application was made BY080039346741 arrived at about 20:30, they tried it on, they said that the package did not fit in size, well, it's clear maybe there was something superfluous, they unpacked it in front of them, they said:Yes it fits!!!They rewrote it because it seemed to me they needed it, they tried it on again, it doesn't fit!!!As a result, we went to another European Post office where we accepted the parcel without any problems!!!Question to the management:I understand that there is a problem with personnel now, but I think it's better without such employees, they recruited zombies with red eyes, shame on you!!!
Dear residents of the city, never visit this branch of the European Post, You will not be served very badly, but also humiliated!!!

Девочки операторы вежливые, при необходимости помогут заполнить бланки. Работают оперативно. Удобное расположение и время работы. Обращалась неоднократно, всегда корреспонденция доходила в целости и вовремя.

Европочта - отличный сервис. Быстро,удобно ,красиво .Отличное месторасположение ,в центре города и внутри цивильно , комфортно . Смс приходит о поступлении товара , посылки , приезжай и забирай . Просто замечательно , спасибо за сервис .

Обслуживание быстрое, но, может потому что обычно хожу вечером, не самое приятное. Есть санитайзеры, достаточно места для соблюдения дистанции. Посылки без нареканий, рядом много остановок в разных направлениях, что очень удобно.

Специалист Ольга, в филиале Е-СИТИ не отдала заказ, потому, что не было паспорта, но мы предоставили фото, где отчётливо видны все Паспортные данные и фотография клиента, фамилию свою назвать отказалась, живём в другом конце,посылка доставила много проблем. НИКОМУ НЕ СОВЕТУЮ ЕВРОПОЧТУ!!!!!!!

Сотрудники почты хамы. Такое впечаление, что еле сдерживаются, что бы не ругаться открыто. Отправить посылку можно только, через регистрацию на сайте, но сотрудники почты не хотят помогать зарегистрироваться и оформить заказ. Человеку в возрасте тут не место. Лучшее решение - БелПочта, там помогут и всё объяснят.
Дополнение. При получении наложенного платежа недодали 20 руб со 100 руб. Только после маленького скандала перепроверили свои данные и вернули 20 руб. Либо это невнимательность либо попытка заработать.

Красивое и удобное отделение в самом центре города. Персонал не всегда приветлив, но в целом хорошая альтернатива Белпочте, которая больше занимается оплатой коммуналки, чем своим основным направлением.

Пришла с хорошим настроением,ушла с испорченым в отделение282. Хотела отправить корзины декоротивные из соломы.нужны были 5 ящиков,в наличии оказалось1.предложили подождать 2 недели или побегать по другим отделениям и собрать упаковку для посылок.прелагаю администрацию европочты обеспечивать работников всем необходимым,чтобы клиенты уходили и приходили довольными

Был свидетелем конфликтной ситуации как не поддерживаю клиента, так и рабочий персонал, за их поведение и поступок. Персонал поступил по регламенту, но как из любой ситуации есть не один выход, так и в этом случае можно было поступить иначе не нарушая установленный регламент.

И девушки молодцы,и обслуживание неплохое,даже детская зона есть, но худшего места располажения просто не найти,парковочных мест нет,от ближайшей парковки около 500м.,хоть и рядом с дорогой,если что-то грамоздкое и тяжелое отправить или получить. Вобщем все плюсы сами собой отдали.

Такой большой офис! Светлый и красивый! Два работника-все оперативно! Центр города-удобно! Машину парковать во дворе или с торца надо..это угол, где Эгоист..удобное место!
