Both times he forces me to tell him about the contents of my package, on principle. Either I tell her what's inside, or she won't accept the package, or she opens the package. I'm not sending anything forbidden. This time, I also went along with the principle and agreed to open my parcel. As expected, there was nothing illegal. Although the girl only checked the edge of the parcel by touch (there were boots there), if she suspected something forbidden, why didn't she check inside the boots? The question is rhetorical, there was a principle at work, a desire to show their imaginary power. I have written a complaint on the European Post website, but there is no response yet. Judging by the reviews on this item, the administration of Europost either turns a blind eye to this behavior of its employees, or encourages it. I use this post office all the time, I do not intend to change it. The next time I see such an appeal, I will sue the employee and the company for moral damages. Received parcels are barely disassembled, because of this they lie there for a very long time and it is impossible to pick up earlier, but what if I need a package urgently? Why should I wait until the staff is barely moving to arrange all the parcels. I've personally seen how they take them. They talk all the time, go somewhere else, just not to work. Does it make sense to go to work at all if you don't want to do something? If one good employee is the only one who works properly, the rest are a silent horror. Oh, yes, they're also rude, and it's not just me.
