This is not the first time I have visited this post office, and each visit leaves extremely negative impressions. Unfortunately, employees are either unable or unwilling to perform basic work duties. It seems that people just don't like being in the workplace, and this affects the quality of the service. It is virtually impossible to get advice or assistance on shipments — you have to figure out and perform all the actions yourself. Employees are not proactive, do not seek to help, and are extremely reluctant to respond. The level of service can be described as extremely low: there is a lack of professionalism, engagement and an elementary desire to help the client. The KPI, judging by the quality of the work, is zero. The department is not trustworthy and does not encourage repeated treatment. You come out of there with only one desire — not to come back here anymore.
