I came in on 26.09 at about 19.30. I encountered a boorish attitude. Namely, specialist Alina was rude to the girl who was in line in front of me. After that, she was rude to me. She showed her dislike when communicating, expressed herself in a rude way, showed a haughty face and fatigue from communicating with visitors. Such specialists have no place at work with people! I ask you to teach the specialist Alina the basic rules of etiquette. If she doesn't have enough intelligence for simple phrases, then write her positive scripts. It is impossible to perceive her displeased face in any other way. I think the review is objective and I hope the management will take action.

There are no questions about the service in this department, but there is just angry dissatisfaction with the delivery of cargo and parcels, there is no trust at all, if this is a small cargo and sending documents to employees is a trifle and worthless product and can be treated like toilet paper, this does not mean that this product means nothing to the sender and recipient!
