I had the temerity to believe in the high level of Euromail service. When I contacted the department at Romanovskaya Sloboda, I felt disappointed. I needed to pack a parcel, and after standing in a kilometer-long queue, finally getting to the coveted place near the cashier, I was stunned: there were no envelopes, no bubble wrap, no boxes.
