I visit this pick-up point again and I come across a blonde girl. Just like today. So I would like to express my dissatisfaction. It feels like I came to her house personally. It was an extremely unpleasant expression on her face, displeased and friendly, and even more so, she did not hear banal politeness there at all. The service was rude and harsh, even though I was alone. In general, after picking up the parcel, I was left with an unpleasant feeling of visiting. Such personnel are not allowed to work with people at all.
