Two stars just for the fact that, in principle, there is an item. The employee talks as if she's doing you a favor by sending you a package. She rolls her eyes and says that she doesn't have to count anything if the parcel price is calculated incorrectly. This is not the first time such a service has been observed. It's very unpleasant to go there, you leave with a sediment. Communication skills are a key skill in such work.
