Date of stay: April 25. A high-level hotel, accommodation in apartments on the 14th floor. Convenient location relative to the markets (walking distance). The room is fully equipped, the cleaning is done efficiently. High level of noise insulation. High-quality cosmetics are provided. The only drawback is the monotonous breakfasts, but for a business hotel this is quite acceptable. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel for providing the services of Evelina, a Russian-speaking employee. Throughout the entire period of stay, from the moment of check-in to departure, she promptly resolved all issues that arose and provided comprehensive support. She asked me every day in wichat if I was okay and if I needed help. This is the first time I have encountered such a high level of service from the hotel staff. Despite my experience of staying in numerous high-end hotels around the world, I have never seen such attention.

The hotel is generally good. Breakfast, of course, leaves much to be desired for a 5* hotel. The tables are dirty. There is only one swimming lane in the pool, and some kind of training took place on the others. Locals say this is the best hotel for this city.

We chose Marriott, because this network has proven itself in other countries. Tired Marriott, very tired. The pool is small, the sauna is dirty and cold. Not a bad meal.
