Wow, the place is great. The girls are all nice, helpful, and polite. The prices are pleasant. The receptionist is very nice. You can watch TV series on the TV. (What I don't do at home)It's strange why there are so few people. I always go there and relax)) They also make beautiful ones.

Good afternoon, YK Studio.
Unfortunately, I had to leave a negative review about my recent experience in your studio. This was my third visit, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the most disappointing.
The first manicure, performed by a TOP master, began to peel off after a week. I decided to give you a second chance and made an appointment with an Expert Craftsman before the New Year. Fortunately, the manicure was a success then, and I was pleased with Ulyana's work, although there were some minor questions about the evenness of the sawdust.
However, the third visit to Expert Master Alina left me completely perplexed. During the procedure, the master listened to music with headphones, was distracted by correspondence, and even worked as an administrator. Unfortunately, the hardware manicure was done roughly, and the skin around the nails stung and hurt for several more days. It was extremely frustrating, as I had never experienced anything like this.
The design turned out to be substandard and sloppy, and the old coating was not completely removed, which is completely unacceptable for the work of an Expert Craftsman. I expected much more from your studio, and unfortunately, I'm disappointed.
I hope that you will pay attention to the qualifications of your employees and do everything possible to prevent such situations from happening again.
