How to fix it: * Round-grain rice (any) should be thoroughly rinsed and allowed to stand for 30-35 minutes, then rinsed again. For 500 grams of dry rice, a dressing is made from any vinegar (preferably wine) and sugar in a ratio of 40 ml. vinegar to 2 teaspoons of sugar.
