5. The filling is meager, there is little taste due to the rice.
6. MUSHROOMS ARE RAW! Not pickled, but simply sprinkled with water and hot sauce. Are you still working there normally, have you received any complaints for a long time?
How to fix it:
* Round-grain rice (any) should be thoroughly rinsed and allowed to stand for 30-35 minutes, then rinsed again. For 500 grams of dry rice, a dressing is made from any vinegar (preferably wine) and sugar in a ratio of 40 ml. vinegar to 2 teaspoons of sugar. When the rice is already starting to set, the dressing is poured, 2-3 pinches of salt are added.
* If the fish is cheap, then it is better to put it in the filling, because it will fall apart from salting. For wrapping, you need as much fat as possible, but not trimmings from the bellies (they are like lard). If the fish is frozen over, make a weak brine from soy sauce (I recommend senbonsai "Japanese") and water, in a ratio of 1:5. it will enrich the taste, darken the fish a little, making it look fresh.
* Cheese. Cottage cheese is great for Cooking, it is not expensive to purchase, and the taste is excellent.
* Your avocado is not seasonal (rough and hard), but with such heat, a juicy, green cucumber without a peel goes better.
* Mayonnaise - throw it away. You don't respect yourself if you put it down.
