Today we re-ordered at the EbiDoebi restaurant through Yandex Food. Yesterday we waited beyond the designated time, as a result, the order was canceled, we were left hungry. Today we decided to give a second chance, by ordering there again, we received the order at 22:20, although they promised to bring it by 21:35. But that's half of our anger. The food arrived just in a fucked-up form, the rolls have a strange taste, they are cold, although we ordered baked, put one set of chopsticks, although we asked for two (we live in a hotel, we don't even have forks!), what is there? With your hands? What came to us has nothing to do with quality food. The worst order of rolls in my life! The fact that the order was canceled yesterday was a sign not to order anymore. I'm just really angry!!!

Ordered today for 16000tn, waited 2 hours. I asked for information on delivery, the manager will contact you, 20 minutes full ignore. I called back and refused the order, a courier arrived 15 minutes later. I decided to try, asked why such a delay, the answer is simple: there are no normal turns, everyone quit. Conclusion: do not waste your nerves and time, do not buy this stuff.

On 03.12.22 in the evening, at about 22.45, an order was placed on the website, the manager did not call back for 10 minutes, I called myself at the phone number indicated on the website. at 22:53, Anastasia's manager told me on the phone that our order had been successfully placed and that we should expect delivery in one and a half to two hours. At 00:10, another manager calls and says that our order has not been accepted. We waited for an hour and a half with a group of friends, all deliveries were closed at night and we were left hungry just like that, for no good reason. And of course, in other deliveries at such a time it is difficult to order anything. DEAL WITH THIS SITUATION. Manager Anastasia accepted and confirmed our order on December 3 at 22:53. We were hungry in the middle of the night at the weekend, the company was waiting for your delivery for 1.5 hours and were sure that the courier would arrive any minute. The whole mood is ruined. I demand a solution to this problem.
Today, December 5, I still have not received a response to any message in your VKontakte group, on your Instagram, and the application left on the site has also not been responded to in any way. What kind of attitude is this?!

21.23 - сам звоню, чтобы убедиться, что заказ принят. Подтвердили. Скоро поедет к вам.
22.39 - звоню, чтобы уточнить, будет ли заказ. Сказали свяжутся с курьером и перезвонят.
22.59 - звоню сам, трубку не снимают.

Заказывала суши с сайта, более двух часов не было доставки, позвонила и отказалась.. и тут мне звонит курьер, не знаю точно, но вроде как его сделали крайним.. хотя сами поздно отдали заказ.. так же при звонке отсутствует информация на государственном языке..

Акция на самовывоз со скидкой 10% закончилась. Мы когда приехали за своим заказом, то узнали что он ещё не готов. Ждали свой заказ примерно минут 35-40. По итогу нам всё таки сделали скидку 10-11%. Сеты вкусные, за свою стоимость размер сета хороший, сделаны не плохо.
