Very decent instructors (Maxim, Daria), excellent personalized approach, flexible schedule
I also get a massage from Nicholas.

The space is wonderful!
Some teachers are not satisfied with the level. Boredom is mortal, because the same thing repeats itself. And the teacher does not care how his students succeed or fail at all .
I really wish there was Iyengar yoga. The most correct and interesting yoga, it is for any level. It is strange that she is not in this center.

We went to Kundalini yoga. There was disappointment. Because the name of the place "yoga house" and the high price imply that there will be specialists in their field.
In fact, it turned out otherwise:
- the whole lesson resembled exercises for schoolchildren (it was very tedious besides)
- poorly chosen music (almost the same song throughout the lesson)
- an incompetent teacher in his field.
We won't go any more, even for less money.

It is a very atmospheric space, you can call this place a "yoga community". In addition to yoga, master classes and meditations are held here. You can buy high-quality yoga products, clothes and even tea. Instructors are all different, with their own approach - you can find your own in spirit)) There are more than 10 types of activities, in my opinion, and they sometimes change.
Among the disadvantages: the paid freezing of the subscription, about 3 thousand tenge, is a strange practice.
The prices for classes are above average.
