Classes from morning to night. Practices for different levels of training. There are many experienced teachers. Pleasant atmosphere. It is very convenient to sign up for classes on your own (on the website or via a mobile application).

An absolutely wonderful place, very atmospheric, the halls really have everything you need for yoga (even pillows and blankets to complete the practice!). Responsive administrators, convenient online registration for classes and spa rituals, a cool informative website.
Special thanks to coach Oleg, excellent meditation practices, very clear classes for beginners, everything at a comfortable pace, with explanations and corrections, accessible and interesting. I also had a back massage, I also really liked it. I wanted to get in again, but I didn't have free time, a very popular service) In general, everything is great, I wanted to take the whole studio home with me to St. Petersburg)

So many laudatory odes) but in fact: Oktyabrskaya, it's crowded, the halls are crowded, how can you relax when people are almost on top of each other!? They are constantly muddling with the price of the subscription and the duration of classes, look carefully, they sell a subscription at the price of 1.5 hours of classes, in fact classes go for 1 hour, and there is a separate entry for 1.5 hours. The administrators don't say a word, they just smile sweetly and copy your classes. An unpleasant feeling of cooperation, a sense of deception. It's probably just that they haven't been checked for a long time

The best yoga place I've ever been to! Very spacious halls, a huge selection of classes and always friendly staff. Separately, I would like to mention a large locker room with a mirror, napkins, separate racks with hangers for outerwear and a large number of benches. And the atmosphere itself with subdued lights, decor and incense is just 10/10.

Good! The lesson lasted 1.5 hours, before and after you can drink herbal tea, take a shower, everything you need (towel, shampoo, gel, etc.) is freely available. Personal belongings are left for storage in the cell, you take the key with you to class, you do not have to have a mat with you, you can take it in the hall at the counter. On the 3rd floor there is a room for the usual and with many aromatherapy esoteric massage. A pleasant atmosphere, after the lesson, a really clean slate in my head.

Atmospheric studio in an atmospheric place (Oktyabrskaya St.). Everything from the entrance (in front of which you take off your shoes) to the terry towels in the toilet is permeated with concern for you and the environment. Muted lighting along the walls, pleasant interior colors, recreation areas, always hot tea, glass glasses, cute girls at the reception, background music - all this contributes to complete immersion and distraction from the everyday hustle and bustle. The halls have everything you need for classes, as well as full-length mirrors. The teachers are professionals and there are a lot of them, as there are a large number of different classes every day. You can attend any subscription classes. The levels are different from beginner to advanced. Workshops and seminars are constantly held by invited specialists. In general, I recommend it.

I visited this studio for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail: fragrant tea, water, a large, comfortable locker room, a large hall (halls) with mirrors, sofas for waiting for training, a relaxation area after with live plants.Everything is very atmospheric and cozy Well done!I liked the training because my favorite coach, Irina Krasilnikova, works here. What a wonderful place of yoga. There are no analogues either in Moscow or anywhere else. The atmosphere is as relaxing and pleasant as possible. There is a shower, toilet, tea on each floor. The halls are clean, with a fresh good repair, there is everything you need for classes - mats, equipment. The changing rooms are also comfortable to accommodate all things, there are hangers and plenty of space. Just great!🤍
