Level 13 Local Expert

Excellent level of teachers, the hall is small for 8 people, comfortable. The level is not for those who like to just hang on a hammock, you will have to plow, especially on days of strength training on hammocks, but the result is just gorgeous) I think the exercises, practices that give here are the most effective (there is something to compare), I constantly feel the muscles worked out and how the body is being tightened.

Great studio! I do fly yoga with coach Alua. A very nice girl. I like the very atmosphere of the studio and classes, I go with pleasure after a sedentary working day.
