I asked to extend my subscription, so as soon as I bought it and suddenly decided with my husband to go on vacation (both had the only opportunity to synchronize their schedules with work in January, plus we live in different countries now, he moved, I'm still in the process, the only opportunity was to see each other), they refused, they said they only had according to the sick leave or business trip list, the director called and talked in a very rude and arrogant way (from the fact that he introduced himself by his first name, and addressed me only by his first name, it was clear that this person puts himself above other people, the further conversation was extremely unpleasant) Plus, I went on Mondays and Wednesdays in the morning, and studio classes were often canceled (the subscription was extended for 3 days, which is not profitable for me, since the next lesson is only on Monday, in a good way, you need to extend the subscription for 5 days if you count the math) About a year ago, the hammocks and mats still stank a lot, but here, I'll give it my due, after a few comments they were washed and they didn't stink for a while, now the same problem is again (I didn't say it the second time, it should be monitored by the staff) General conclusion: the most terrible yoga studio in Minsk, customer orientation is at zero, the director is rude, it can be dirty, the studio requires repairs and more thorough cleaning and washing of hammocks, rugs and blankets, it is also not suitable for aesthetes, there are no mirrors, it is not "instagrammable" Of the pros: the teachers are really good, but this point is covered by the cons (these teachers work in parallel in other studios), the second administrator (blonde) is a very pleasant and positive girl, convenient location.
