I have delivered my Yoosee panoramic camera, which is defective under warranty, for repair. Although it has been about 2 months, the camera has not been repaired nor has a healthy information been provided to me. Finally, the camera was asked to be given back by saying ”it can't be repaired". When I requested a new product, I was approached negatively in the first place, and I was given a new camera upon my insistence. However, this time, incorrect and contradictory information was presented about which application the newly provided camera works with. Although I stated that my previous camera worked with the Yoosee app, this was not accepted. An experiment was made by installing a cable to my camera, the wifi feature of which was defective, it worked with the application they specified, but it did not work through the Yoosee application that I insisted on. Although I have admitted that I used all the cameras I bought before via the Yoosee application, I was wrong based on this, and sincerely apologized many times, the company did not change the broken camera to a new one by turning this situation into an opportunity and did not eliminate my victimization. Moreover, their communication style was extremely sullen, offensive, disrespectful and far from customer satisfaction. Although I have purchased more than 20 cameras from this company so far and I specifically stated this, it was extremely inappropriate and offensive to display an attitude of “Allah, who provides sustenance, you may not buy it after this”. At the same time, although the official in front of me stated that he was fasting and I made it clear that I was wrong as a Muslim and apologized repeatedly, no understanding and flexibility were shown. As a result, with an approach far from the understanding of artisanship, empathy and customer satisfaction, the new camera that I had persistently bought was taken away from me and put on the shelf, I was given a broken camera and forced to leave the store in Perpa in a victimized manner. When I evaluate it in terms of customer satisfaction, I definitely do not recommend this company.
