Good afternoon! 1 star for a good assortment! No, everything spoils customer orientation, service and quality of service, it's a complete zero. I bought a large number of skirting boards and accessories for it. First, I turned to a bald older man for help, as I understand it, this is a security guard who was only interested in the availability of antique cars in your store. He doesn't care, he said choose for yourself. But okay, the crown won't fall off me. Then I asked for a trolley for transportation, since the skirting board is long, more than 2m and there is a lot of it, they offered me a small trolley, and most importantly, they said you need to give 50 kopecks. This is a big minus, so I had to carry everything from one end of the trading floor to the other, to the cash registers. The cashier asked me for a long time and persistently how many pieces did I take? Is it her responsibility to count it herself and punch the correct number? After me, the customer wanted to buy a rug, but the cashier could not identify it and said that the buyer would go back and look for a barcode or take a picture there, I quote: "some kind of price tag"!!! And then when I packed it all, I listened to how bad it was to work here, there was no one to work, and that it was not royal this is a case, the authorities are dealing with the issue, but I did not hear what it was... Customers probably shouldn't hear this. In general, now at a time of service and quality of service, when any normal businessman is fighting for a buyer, this is not about that. I will come to your store as a last resort, when there is no other way out. Have a nice day!

Perhaps the best hardware store in the area. Of the cons: I would not consider it as a construction site, you will not find many products, and the choice of building materials is not great, there are many positions. A huge selection of chrome-plated, powdered junk called "door handles and locks" with "shiny" price tags from "leading" brands, etc. upset the choice of paints and enamels, shelves are crammed with quantity, not assortment. Half of the storage lockers are usually occupied, but not by visitors to the hardware store, and 24 cells are not so much. On the plus side: whatever you say, there is a lot of choice. I was pleased with the choice of wallpapers. It won't work for a villa by the sea, but I don't think the owners of the villa came to this store. Unlike the Palmyra praised by others, the choice is gorgeous. Excellent lighting department. Pleasant music (which is important) and an atmosphere, a bright and cozy store with wide aisles (you definitely won't hurt anyone with a basket). The employees of the hall (I'm talking about the guys) know the match well, and if they don't know something, they don't pretend "I know, but I forgot", but simply send them to another specialist. The store is of an average price category, you can find cheaper goods in other stores, but I will spend more on travel, and in this area the choice of shops of this type is disappearing. There are products that are found only in construction hypermarkets. I am pleased with the choice of seasonal goods and the availability of discounts and promotions. If you are not looking for a left-hand fitting valve for the hadron collider, then this is the place for you.

The disadvantage is a rather awkward combination of price and quality, a small number of employees (and they can answer the case every other time, but I don't blame them for this, there is quite a small passability in the store and it makes no sense to keep a lot of specialists there). And again, you can leave York, go up to the Island of Purity or to the same Euroopt and find the same product, but with a much lower price.

The argument: "Well, the guys are putting things in order ..." There is no order in this regard. The manager reacts rudely to negative comments. But it's nice to walk around the store, look for something cute at home.

I was there - the store is huge and spacious. The assortment is mediocre. He works until 22, which is a rarity for household workers. Today I called to find out if they have the enameled pots for 1.5 and 2 liters that I need and their cost. I got through the first time, but they didn't pick up the phone for a long time. Then the girl, in a rather rude manner, asked me what I needed, and I explained. In the same harsh tone, she asked me to wait. For a while, music was playing in the tube, then even more bitterly through my teeth I was told that the pots were only for 3, 7 and 12 liters, and she would not tell me the price... but I didn't exactly hear it, because her angry hissing significantly worsened the quality of speech. I wanted to ask again, but she had already hung up. I'm not going there. And I will go to the Logoysky Tract store, although it is difficult to make it before 20.00. There, the girl very kindly told me that 1.5 liters of pots and such and such, and 2 liters too. She seemed to know all the pots by name and loves each one as her own, and told me about the prices and why some pots are more expensive and others are cheaper and about the features of the pots I am interested in. At the same time, not a single superfluous word, everything is very informative. In 7 minutes, I learned more about pots than in my entire previous life. Then she asked if there was anything else I wanted to know, and she said she would definitely come and that she would be very waiting. I will definitely come and I think that my pots are waiting for me there. By the way, the prices and assortment of the Logoi Tract were pleasantly surprised. I had looked at online stores before, but there is only one type of Russian for that kind of money - "Lysven enamels", and they are of terrible quality (a few years ago they were the best enameled pots). So, rather than order, I will take it and so many times, I will go to this store, especially since the previously adored chain "Alekor" has closed. And if I don't have time, I'll go to Galamart on Russiyanova, where the assortment and prices are also good and the seller is pleasant, not as charming as in Logoysky Tract, but also polite, competent and without speech defects like in York, but they work until 21.00. I also wanted to look into the "Saucepans" (also before 22.00), but in the reviews they write that they are only fancy, and they did not specify the phone on the Internet. I'm not going all the way to the Piggy Bank to get a cat in a bag.
