The most terrible communication support with operators is missing. The chat with the operator is constantly hanging and re-directs to the robot. The support is completely incompetent. I mistakenly sent money one iota for a month I can't get my money back, I rewrote the documents 2 times , attached payment receipts and each time the application is closed with a refusal without explanation, I will write to Rospotrkbnadzor a complete disgrace.
