Operators are very rude personalities. I paid for the router — I went to change it for three days in a row because it stopped working. They turn off the Internet when it rises (taking into account the payment of the 1300 ₽ tariff) and offer to sit without Internet for three days. Customer orientation is the worst. I do not advise anyone to choose this operator for the modem.
