You won't find it better! Because there are no other hotels in the city. Unfortunately, the owner of this hotel has not decided whether he has a hotel or a pub. Therefore, if your stay here fell on Fri-Sun, I am very sorry for you, you can forget about silence and healthy sleep. Every weekend, including Friday, in the cafe, on the ground floor, the big uncles are resting, being blue, they are not interested in listening to music at an adequate volume, it is important that everyone can hear and they don't care that they are in the hotel building. They can even make noise after the legal 23:00, because the owner of the institution himself gives them permission for this kind of hangouts in his premises!
And who are the owners of the hotel? City housing and communal services! And despite this paradox, the toilet is constantly flowing in the room, sitting in a puddle from the sewer is a special pleasure! The room is big and clean! Do not rush to rejoice at the large balcony, with a beautiful view of the back of Lenin's head, because through it the wind whistles so that you can sleep only in a down jacket and hat, despite the extra blanket in the room. And even if it was 23 degrees in the room, because of the eternal draft, the hair stands on end all over the body. Would you like to warm up with tea? Only if you are lucky and you get a kettle at the reception on request.Thin walls, be prepared to hear everything that a person is doing in the bathroom in his room. Next time I will stay in an apartment for daily rent, but here, in a place where the owners do not respect their customers, not a foot!!

The hotel is not adapted either for the disabled or for people with luggage – there are no elevators. I dragged my 28 kg luggage with my hands to the 3rd floor. Inside, the room resembled a hospital ward. I stayed for a couple of hours and went to another place because on Friday a wedding was played loudly on the ground floor at night, and a pub was thundering next door. Drunk people were staggering in the yard.
In the morning it turned out that I had lost my key somewhere and at the reception they gave me a roast in the moralizing Soviet style. In general, people here who work at least somewhere in the municipal service immediately think of themselves as a patrician. Funny.
They took 20 rubles for the key. Which of course is a lot. I found the key later and 10 rubles were returned from them.
The owners do not know about hotel standards and do not want to know. In normal hotels, keys are expendable, because they are constantly being lost. 2 stars only for the fact that the location is near the bus stop.

I stayed here for eight nights in January. It's pretty cool in the room, you don't look like you're wearing a T-shirt. There are no questions for the staff, everything is fine here. Another disadvantage is the lack of attachment for a shower head and a wobbly faucet in room 14.
