In fact, it is a collection of boutiques, the owners of which are former merchants from the main markets of the city, such as Eurasia. With all the consequences, the shopping center is very crowded, it is not clear where they sell what, in order to find something, you need to go around the entire shopping center. In general, it's the same flea market, only under the roof and several floors high. Calling it a Shopping mall is too much of an honor.
