Unfortunately, I cannot agree with the previously left reviews, at the moment the company is behaving irresponsibly and not in a partnership way. When selling Unical boilers, they assured us about the availability of service and spare parts, but in fact, they washed their hands of the sale and did not even respond for months. That vaunted boiler flowed for the second season of operation, and since December the issue has not been resolved, either the water is bad, or the specialist is on vacation. I do not recommend this organization at all.
