On 12/28/2015, I was deceived at the YUKON gas station in Dnepropetrovsk. Krivoy Rog. I got out of the car, which would pay with a bank card, they took 100 UAH 9 kopecks, when I returned, the tanker was screwing up the tank lid, there was a figure of 100 UAH 8 kopecks on the scoreboard. I asked why there was a difference, but there was no answer. When I drove away from the gas station, I realized that the arrow had not risen a single gram!!! I came back, they said that if the cash register did not come together, then everything would be returned, but of course everything seemed to come together and they left me with my empty tank!!! WHERE SHOULD I COMPLAIN???? HOW TO PROVE IT????

04/25/16 at 21.30 I refueled at your gas station at Krivorozhskaya 60. The tanker was negligent about the service! I slammed the lid of the gas tank like a window, although it closes with just a touch, and therefore the lid and the system were broken! I don't need compensation, but a huge request to find out what happened. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and attitude to other people's property!
