After the master's work, all the packaging material remained, everything had to be cleaned and, let's say, even an elementary "rag" had to be given. 2. The customer service specialist did not correctly provide information about the payment procedure for services, especially when the installation is on the 30th, and the payment appears in the erip system after 2-3 days. Therefore, the payment was made twice in one month. Additional information on 31.12.2024 After using the AC5 system, it turned out that the filter water quality was only managed for about 2 months, and waiting for the remaining 2 months was not an option. After the call and the desire to install the AC5 OS system, everything was organized quickly and clearly. The specialist who came to replace the system did the work efficiently, quickly and answered all the questions. And they probably took into account the comments that were made earlier. I definitely recommend it
