We stayed at this hotel for several days. We took a box from 2 rooms. It turned out to be very budgetary in terms of money. I liked the room very much: it was quiet, clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable, the bed linen and towels are clean and ironed. The box had a washbasin, shower and toilet. There was also a refrigerator (not included) and an electric kettle. There is a TV in every room (not included). The staff is very polite and friendly, they will always prompt and help. There are only positive impressions left!

We stayed for 1 day, there were only available rooms in this hotel because we started looking late. And we were very pleasantly surprised! Clean, quiet, friendly staff. We had a double room of the highest category: a double bed, a sofa, a wardrobe, a combined bathroom (with a Jacuzzi) with access to a small balcony, a microwave, a kettle, a hair dryer and even a small refrigerator. The room is clean, towels and toiletries. There is a coffee machine at the reception. The coffee is delicious!!! Across the street is a prod. shop. Yes, it's a bit far from the center, but if by car there is no problem. We took a taxi back and returned by public transport, so it seemed more interesting to explore the city. For the price of 40 rubles. a bed, just super!!! There is an Internet connection.

A very good and quite budget hotel for those who do not care about the stars, but need a full-fledged comfortable stay. The linen is fresh, the towels are ironed, comfortable beds, there are armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a refrigerator in the room. Fast internet connection. We had a room with a kitchen, dishes and a kettle were available. The area is quiet, residential. It is easy to get from the center, there are many routes. Nearby (about 1.5 km) is a huge shopping center "Korona", where you can buy everything you need. There are shops near the hotel, but they close early, so if you return late from a walk, it is better to make purchases in advance. I will definitely recommend it to friends who decide to spend the night in the beautiful city of Brest.

A great cheap hotel. The rooms are like in a dorm. We lived as a family . Everyone has a room in the common box . The cost was very cheap . The room had everything you needed (a bed with clean linen, a table, a chair, a TV). The grocery store is across the street. There is a cafe . A large room with a comfortable large bed + sofa, coffee table and TV. There is a large closet in the hallway. The building is not new, but renovated. Nice cozy hotel. It's not the first time we've stopped. The rooms are spacious and cozy. In 2015, we lived in a room with a living room and a bedroom, in 2024 we were with a child and lived in a full-fledged two-room room. The toilet, shower and washbasin in separate rooms are cool, unusual and convenient. The price was also pleasant, the hotel is not in the city center but also not very far from it, the bus stop is nearby, the central streets too. I recommend.

The receptionists are friendly, 24/7 on site.
According to the interior and the location of the rooms in the corridor, it looks more like a dorm than a hotel, but it is much nicer than a hotel. Of the cons: there is no elevator.
We were in different rooms. Each room has Wi-fi, TV, kettle. There was not enough hair dryer and iron (+ according to the rules of accommodation, as I understood, they are prohibited). Combined bathroom.
Overall, it was cozy, and left a good impression.

The best hotel for the money.I was in a cheap room. An interesting layout of rooms based on the principle of a block in a dormitory. The toilet, shower and refrigerator in the block are shared, and the room is separate for one person. Of course, there are disadvantages: sound insulation and a slightly harsh mattress and pillow, but everything is clean and I repeat, for this money it is very decent.

This is the third time I've stayed here!
The normal price-quality ratio. I lived in a studio on the second floor, everything works, the only thing I didn't try was the Jacuzzi, which, as I understood it, turns on the same outlet as the refrigerator. It's inconvenient to watch TV, it's on the side, but it's okay.
I had breakfast in the cafe to the right of the hotel exit, I recommend it, everything is delicious.
For two nights I lived on the fourth floor in a block consisting of two rooms, a common hallway, toilet and shower, a refrigerator is in the hallway, there are keys to both the room and the hallway.
If the neighbors are adequate, then you can safely live here. Saving 25 rubles (75 per studio, 50 per block).
There is water for the kettle in coolers on the 3rd-4th floors on the left side when climbing to the floor.
They give you a password for Wi-fi, you can take it to your phone and laptop, everything works.
There is parking under the camera near the hotel!
In general, I recommend it!

There is cold water in the room - a thin, thin trickle, the shower does not work, the sagging and torn mattress is not suitable for use, the door to the bathroom opens with a kick. We made a request to the administrator and warned that we would be away for at least 3 hours. After 5 hours, NOTHING has been fixed. After several reminders, the mattress was replaced, the faucet was replaced, and the lock to the bathroom was repaired. There is a children's camp at the hotel - children are children - and I can tolerate making noise and running wild, but a disco and a booth under the windows after 22 is too much. The administrator's reaction is to go deal with our tenants yourself. But feather pillows and Ilyich light bulbs in Soviet-era lamps are at your service.

There were hotels in this hotel from 08/19/24 to 08/16.24 in a double room. The first two nights we thought that mosquitoes were biting us in the evening, on Monday morning my sister discovered that a bedbug was crawling over her, she raised everyone's ears, it turns out that in 511 double rooms the bedbugs that devoured us for 2 nights turned to the reception, we were moved to another room, without bedbugs. And in that room, the receptionist didn't even get up, so they knew they had bedbugs, and settled us with the children in such a room. As a result, we spent a lot of money to buy ointment and relieve itching. And the child turned out to be allergic and his whole body was blown away, arriving home tomorrow they will go to the hospital. When we left the hotel, we saw that other people had been moved into that room, although there was no processing of that room. It will be very disgusting if you also bring these animals home. After contacting the reception, the administrators tried to ignore us and looked at us like wolves of the people. If you are ready to feed the bedbugs, then you should go to this hotel.

The renovation is simple, there are old tiles and plumbing in the toilet and bathroom. Half of the light bulbs do not work or are missing, there were 2 pot-bellied TVs in the room, one of which worked "somehow" with interference and the second one turns off constantly after 5 minutes of operation! There are no elevators, you have to go up the stairs to the 4th floor. It will do for business travelers to spend the night! I checked in with my family. In general, it could have been better, judging by the flow, the rooms are always occupied, they could have done a good repair.
