In the sanatorium, Yunost rested alone. There was an internal demand for a quiet rest, relaxation, and at the same time the possibility of physical activity. My need is completely satisfied. The room was a junior suite in the Marine building on the 9th floor. The view of the Minsk reservoir is simply magical (see photo). The food was great, the only thing that was a little stressful was finding a place if you came to the dining room in the first half hour. The territory of the sanatorium is gorgeous, I can imagine how much work is being put into it. I walked a lot (I really liked the island with paths among the woods) and swam a lot - I used both the "bonus hour" in the morning and two hours in the evening. An hour in the morning, as I understand it, is given for attending classes in aquagymnastics, but it was more interesting for me to swim. The medical building is so cozy, well-maintained, and the staff is trying their best. I love water treatments, I always take hydro massage, but this time I refused after two sessions, because after the first one, capillaries burst on my back, and after the second, healthy bruises appeared on my arms and back (it didn't hurt during the procedure). The sanatorium tries very hard to diversify leisure time for vacationers, but I didn't go anywhere, so I can't appreciate it. I looked into the open door of the hall where discos are held - two elderly women and small children are dancing. In general, the impression of the sanatorium is excellent, the staff is respected. Next time, I won't come alone.
