The doors sagged in the first six months of operation, the master came to install the front door, drew attention to the fact that the doors sagged, told how it could be repaired effectively, warned that it would cost as much as the installation, I agreed, agreed. After a while, the same person said that it could no longer be repaired, even the factory allegedly would not undertake what he himself suggested, he said, well, maybe then there was little work, spread his hands and left. The handles unwound, the store asked to sell the screws that were lost on the handle, they said the master would come, he would have them. As a result, no one was sent out of the store, neither the one who installed it nor anyone else, the doors sagged, bent, and unwound. If you answer the question from Yandex (as an institution), then the room is good, everything else is terrible: the doors, warranty and after-warranty service are essentially absent, in my particular case. I will order 4 new doors, definitely not in JURKAS.

Hello. I want to tell a nasty story for those who plan to install PVC windows. Yurkas deals not only with doors, but also with windows. Their price tag is not bad. But the story will be about their employee, whose name is Oleg. First, he installed a window for my room and everything seems to be fine. But an extremely irresponsible person, since she had only one window, decided that it was a coincidence. I took the phone from Kuma and called Yurkas, they sent him, Oleg, and to me. I applied in the summer, as a result, he froze only in November, he fed me everything with breakfast, pulled him, and Hooray. Well, OK, I'm in no hurry, I was waiting (I don't live in my house yet). I had to put 2 windows and a mosquito net . The windows were installed for me in February only, 100 days after the conclusion of the contract, although the contract had a period of 40 days. He brought the contract to me himself, the contract is fake, there is nothing in it except the amount: no measurements, no product names. There are only screenshots of the correspondence with the calculation. And he forgot to bring the net. I promised later. Then they put a second batch of windows on me, I already signed a contract with the company and he brought all the grids, but did not install them. In total, I bought 7 windows and 6 grids from them. When I started installing it myself, it turned out that the first grid was 10 centimeters smaller than the window. I tell him that, and he replies that I just don't put it that way. I had to solve the issue through the office. After a few months of his tugging, he replaced the mesh for me. As a result, the new grid is 3 centimeters larger than the window and simply does not fit into the opening. He fed me breakfast again for six months. He promised to come on December 7 and again nothing. As a result, I've been waiting for my grid for a year. The agreement was signed on November 12, 2023, and today is December 8, 2024. Yesterday, when, of course, it became clear that I would not see any grid again, I expressed everything I thought about his irresponsibility. And what do you think Oleg told me? He insulted me, said that I was inadequate and insane, offended by life and screeching like a fool. As a result, I generally said that I have a grid, so there can be no complaints about it. And the fact that it's not the right size is not his problem. In general, do not mess with him if you want healthy nerves and windows on time. And the issue was resolved one day when I called the employee Andrey, arrived on the same day, measured and made a grid.
