I used the company's services 2 times and unfortunately there were unpleasant moments 2 times. The first time I ordered an interior door. Overall, I would rate the product quality above average. But further... The measurer arrives (by the way, 5p).Measures and gives recommendations on what should be done before installation. After that, the installer arrives and says that you need to knock down part of the slope, and since there is no more time, he knocks down yourself, you overpay for the installation. Further.. We find a chip on the door. And two weeks later, I was reimbursed part of the amount. I ordered a portal. It was delivered with a defect. The master saw a defect during installation. I was hoping for some kind of compensation.. But the warranty department called and said that it was necessary not to install the trim, then there would have been a conversation about compensation.. If you see a defect, do not install it, let them change it. They refer to some kind of contract and its clauses, which no one gave me.. And more.. There was a very unpleasant residue.. Although the product quality is not bad

The consultant organized everything very politely, quickly and efficiently. The delivery was arranged within the agreed time frame. Why 3 stars? The installation of the doors was not done very well, which was reported to the store. The door installer called back only 5 days after the call to the store. A good dialogue with him did not work out, as it turned out, I was to blame for such an installation of doors, not the master. I definitely recommend the store. Installation (of my choice) is better to look for another
