At most, it will give you a list of numbers of other craftsmen who need to be called ON THEIR OWN, while half of whom DO NOT WORK with such doors at ALL and do not understand why they are being called on such issues. And so it goes month after month: the masters refuse, the staff are fed breakfast, the door is just against the wall, and the warranty period for it is already in full swing. I advise everyone to read not only reviews in maps, but also about the company on the Internet in general before ordering. I didn't do that, and I'm REALLY sorry. Providing such services should not be like roulette, where you don't know if you'll be lucky to get a paid door on time, or if you'll have to live with a hole in the wall and unfinished repairs for six months. I'm waiting for another week. If nothing changes, I will write complaints wherever possible: from consumer protection to higher authorities. Not just to get at least some compensation for this circus, but rather to rattle my nerves, just as they have been rattling my mother and me for months.
