The only store in Minsk that had a really stylish table lamp in its assortment for my request. Consultants are top; I like it when competently, clearly, carefully and at the same time as quickly as possible. Well, for testing 3 different light bulbs to choose a light that is comfortable for me and cut the box for maximum convenience, I want to put 10 stars)) I recommend it!

I bought an LED chandelier on 07/25/2023. when opening a new package, there was a flicker, the consultant replaced something in my chandelier from the sample in the showcase, assuring that it had been there for some time.
08/04/2024 the chandelier burned out. I was refused repair, because the warranty period, which was a year, came out.

Sellers - well done! We unpacked the box with the chandelier only after 3 years, it so happened that we could not finish the repair for a long time... A diameter mismatch was found in the disassembled horn... So the sellers, although the warranty has expired, still helped to solve the issue - they brought us from the back room either a cartridge of the right diameter, or another lampshade - and the chandelier was assembled! Thank you very much!

Приезала посмотреть а купила 3 люстры! Очень грамотный продавец-женщина( к сожалению , не спросила имя), просто летает, все шустро, с улыбкой, профи своего дела! Получила массу положительных эмоций и очень довольна покупкой; больше бы таких людей, любящих и знающих свою работу! Сто раз спасибо!!!!

Купили люстру в этом магазине за 10 мин. Приехали за одной, но, по совету продавца, взяли другую и не пожалели. Спасибо грамотному персоналу. Выбор отличный. От очень бюджетных до шикарных. Думаю, это теперь наш постоянный магазин светильников

Внимательные и приветливые консультанты. Большой выбор дизайнерских моделей светильников "ща недорого" (в том числе и нашего производства). Единственное замечание руководству магазина: в каждую смену должен быть хотя бы один продавец-мужчина, т.к. страшно смотреть, как девушка стоя на стремянке на вытянутой руке держит 10кг-ю люстру.

Очень хороший магазин светильников. Последнее время покупаем там. Вежливые продавцы. Когда во время гарантийного срока перегорел светильник, то без всяких вопросов поменяли на другой. Лучшее соотношение "цена-качество" в данном сегменте. Рекомендую.
