+ the cheapest hostel in Kyzylorda + cleanliness and order (cheap does not mean a barn) + friendly service - there are rooms without windows and air conditioning - it's a long way from the center and bus stops

Unsanitary conditions. There is no soap, antiseptic in the toilet. There's not even a lid on the toilet. You have to pay extra for a towel, a change of linen.

The name does not match, the admin is tired and nervous, there is no pillowcase, hair everywhere, etc. The beds are like bunks, and they gave out one fifth of the sheets with a smell.
