Great Ryokan, INSANELY delicious food served using the kaiseki system. The private onsen is very beautiful and relaxing. It is a very beautiful place, two minutes from the cable train, which goes both to the station leading to Odawara and to the cable car with an incredible view. The rooms are slightly "worn out", so to speak, worn and slightly padded somewhere (but you probably won't even notice it). WiFi doesn't seem to be very good, but there is a safe. And Hakone is great, of course.

It's a good place, but it's very tired. It feels like it is being sold at a very competitive price in order to be closed for renovation in the near future. in some rooms, you can smell onsen - it stinks, let's just say. the staff is very good, they changed our smelly room to a beautiful room. but ambushes are possible. The breakfast room is super basic, I don't find it cozy. The food is plentiful, but not very refined. Enjoy!

The service is excellent, the room is Japanese-style. The rooms are shared and private with a view of nature. Everything is gorgeous. The only drawback is the kaiseki dinner and breakfast. It's very specific and mostly tasteless.
