To which I heard 1000 problems... what should be done and this and that, lies and hype were already heard in the words of the master, as a result, a price tag of 90 rubles was announced. I spent 10 minutes of time, went to a nearby workshop for Joseph Zhynovich. Where everything was clear and according to the price list, the price was announced 40 rubles, polishing is a gift

A silver designer jewelry was brought, the price of 15 rubles was immediately announced, for coupling one link, as a result, the central part of the decoration is visually damaged, the link does not pass at the coupling point, from the holder (in the process)the decoration was dirty ... when asked why the coupling is visually visible ... the answer is that there is no other way
The question is why take on a job if you can't do it efficiently.
The decoration was memorable and expensive ... unfortunately it was ruined, why take on a job that you can't do professionally

I brought a complex ring for repair (I increased the size in another workshop, but it was ruined for me, I was happy with chips, dents, cracks). There are 3 types of gold in the ring. The master examined it, said he would do his best.
And he took it to work, for which he received a separate respect.
The repair was very difficult and I thought that nothing could be fixed anymore.
But the result exceeded all my expectations.
I even asked if you bought me a new ring?!
It was perfect, like the day you bought it. A master with a capital letter. All cracks, chips, etc. have been removed. Thank you very much.

And he refused to work after I refused to answer them to him. I think that such questions are not ethical, and behavior is not professional and is not acceptable.

I have never seen such a terrible attitude towards customers. Previously, I repaired products from this master, during the last repair I showed my new product - a suspension. I liked it, they began to discuss what kind of eyelet to make. I did not find any examples, and the master did not understand the drawing on paper, so I developed a 3D model, which was agreed upon in advance. So he started shouting (he put a lot of exclamation marks in the correspondence) so that I could take off the dimensions with words or screenshots🤦🏻♀️ I explained that the standard resolution file is obj and is easily readable by various programs (including simple viewers), which they wished me to do. I do not advise you to waste time and nerves

I had an extremely unpleasant situation, I broke the thermometer on the ring, as a result of a chemical reaction, red gold turned white, and white turned gray (a ring of two metals). After communicating with many workshops, what kind of "dancing with a tambourine" was not offered. The choice fell on this workshop. As a result, I got a ring that looks much better than when I bought it, the master eliminated the mistake of my negligence and cleaned the dirt in all hard-to-reach places, for which I thank him very much!
