It's just terrible. I ordered wedding rings. I applied in early June, since the first reference was difficult to execute, we agreed that the master would try to do the job, if it did not work out, he would do the "American". We arrived, decided on the size, and left for another country, while we were there, we lost our size... the administrator rarely answered SMS, I had to ask my friends to call the workshop and ask them to answer me in Viber. After a couple of days, the sizes were found, the original rings could not be made, we agreed to make simple rings upon arrival, by the way, we arrived 1.5 weeks before the wedding, promised to do it in 3 days. As a result, a week later, that is, 4 days before the wedding, they announce to us that our gold chain is 585 samples, for some reason they will take it as 500 samples gold. That is, with 11 grams of gold, 8 will remain.
And that's 4 days before the wedding, they didn't even start making our order. It's good that there were acquaintances who suggested where to turn so that the new master would quickly complete the order. If you do not want such an attitude, think 100 times before going to this workshop.

Terrible service. Employees do not monitor the condition in which they return the products. Absolutely substandard work! The ring was without 1 stone, returned without 2 in other places. Thank you, at least the money was returned.
