I ordered a silver bracelet and ring. Somehow, by chance, the cost turned out to be more expensive (I saw it on the receipt after I discussed the cost for 100 rubles cheaper). And that's not all! The production deadline has been out for a week (as they told me on the phone, the master is ill, the master needs to go to the dentist). As a result, I came to pick up the products and did not get exactly what I ordered (the dimensions were not made by me). Plus, were they asked to give them products for a day for additional testing?! In general, the impressions were not the most pleasant! We didn't even get a discount for the expired time! A bracelet with minor defects! So also, where did the 8.8% losses come from?!

I do not recommend this workshop.
They don't punch checks.
Cards are not accepted.
They gave me a topaz ring. To get drunk - the stone was damaged.
They did not warn you when issuing it.
A diamond ring was ordered-after 2 months the stone fell out.
The work is not performed efficiently. They're cheating.

I will never contact myself or advise others again. Firstly, I turned to them about making a ring. I contacted Vladimir personally via social networks with their director. He promised that the production will cost 360 rubles and the period is exactly one month. Imagine my surprise when a master by the name of Babayan told me that they do not make filigree. I had to leave a sample of an old seal that was promised to be restored for 200 rubles. As a result, I received it only after a month and a half. And the deadline for issuance was postponed three times. In general, they were made well, although there are disadvantages. Namely, one of the four stones is crookedly inserted and poorly made inside (there are several ragged small holes with dirt on them that even in acid does not want to wash off the metal)

Professionals in everything!!! In August 2019, I lost a gold bracelet that was made to order 15 years ago. A 20-gram bracelet, finely crafted. I called all the workshops-they took over the House of Life on Moskovskaya. Almost ruined everything. The 3d model was just downloaded from the Internet, the amount changed several times upwards. As a result, she refused and scandalously took the gold and the prepayment. By chance, I came across this nondescript workshop in VK. And.... I was amazed: excellent service and order support from beginning to end. The director's attitude is 100 points. I personally discussed the sketch with the Master, showed the photo. The price is reasonable and affordable. By the way, I did not see the master in Moscow, I explained everything through the zero girl at the reception. That is, a broken radio. In the Jewelry business, after 8 days, a 3D model was ready, with exact dimensions. We agreed and I picked up my bracelet on time. He's great. Exactly as I asked. As if she hadn't lost it. Everything IS HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, AND FAST. MANY thanks to the true MASTER of his craft Mikhail Babayan and director Vladimir Galkovsky. The prices are very high: I paid 3 times less for a similar service elsewhere. The price does not match the quality.
