It is impossible to get through to the help desk. Operators may NOT give a TRUTHFUL deadline for booking tickets (personally, I was told the time from 3 days before booking only on the day of departure, although you can usually book a week before departure) – I do not know what this behavior is related to, when trying to find out, they were rude. There was a case of loss of booking information – on the day of departure, the cashier said that nothing was booked in my name, another time they booked one ticket instead of two. It is safer to arrive and buy a ticket earlier. The station is located next to major urban transport hubs, but it is very often surrounded by traffic jams and it can be difficult to arrive at the station on time. There is eternal twilight in the waiting room, huge queues at the ticket offices (usually only 2 work) there is no normal toilet (even paid). I have been traveling for more than 10 years about twice a month – I still won't get used to this nightmare.
