Apparently, it was necessary to wait until the store closed. When you stand and calmly choose, telling the consultants that you will look at everything yourself and choose, they will follow you as if you were a thief. Even the situation today: I came for a certain mascara, I take it in my hands, and the seller, taking it from me, says that we have a tester here. Is it okay???

According to your promotion, we came to the store, bought products, but did not receive the promised bonus (a bag from the French brand Le temps des cerise's when buying from 1,190 rubles). Today, on 02/21/2022, my daughter's store explained that the promotion was valid, but when paying for goods in the amount of 1200 rubles, the gift for the promotion was refused. Without explanation. Thus, they caused moral damage to the child. I warn buyers about the unfair attitude of Yves Rocher sellers in fulfilling their obligations to these promotional products.
