I want to inform you about an unpleasant situation that occurred in this store, an employee behaved incorrectly and impolitely. When I went to the stand with body mistes to find out the fragrance, since I initially found products online but could not choose a fragrance without knowing it, she rudely refused me this, saying that if I was not going to buy perfumes from them, then I should leave and order them online, as in your opinion according to logical opinion, can I smell the fragrance online ? and this is my personal choice to buy for me online or in the store, the task of the consultant is to show and advise what is better. This behavior is completely unacceptable for an employee working with clients. I ask you to review this incident, have an explanatory conversation with the staff and take measures to prevent similar situations in the future.
