Children and adults are very cold, you can not stay there in any way👎I wrote a complaint to their book, which by the way turned out to be the first (well, either the book is not authentic). In short, everything is sad and we are upset. ………… After our comment, the management just threw me into an emergency on Instagram, and all this instead of an adequate settlement of the issue!Well, somehow it's completely embarrassing and childish, and they didn't even call me.… Instead of closing the issue normally, the management throws the parents on the blacklist, apparently the conditions there were quite appropriate for them, although considering how cold it was, the game room should be closed at all, or at least a warning about the temporary lack of heating in the same Instagram could be done.
