Everything depends only on the owner of the insurance certificate. And the experts only guide you.

The issue has not been resolved yet. The campaign is working very poorly, it does not fulfill its functions!

I use this insurance company all the time. Just because the location is convenient. But the staff is not competent - Absolutely everything! They can sell only standard car insurance. And if you want something that is not standard from the services they provide: then it turns out that they do not have forms, then they do not know what forms are needed for this, then they do not know how to fill them out, then they do not know what kind of certificate to apply. In general: I would recommend that the company conduct exams and professional training of its employees every three months so that they do not then sit together as a team and decide how to properly apply for insurance. Once again, this happens every time I apply for insurance.
