They are very hospitable, kind and nice people. We attended a pilaf cooking workshop. I hope we can repeat this masterpiece at home. And saffron drink is a separate kind of art. Thank you and see you soon

A cozy and quiet place. Shukhrat is the owner of this cafe, a very hospitable and pleasant person. He will treat you to tea, coffee and saffron with rose water. And for dessert - local sweets. A very pleasant atmosphere after the noisy bazaar. Pleasant prices and, most importantly, you will be truly welcome here, unlike cafes full of tourists. It is simply impossible to visit Bukhara and not learn the secrets of cooking pilaf). Therefore, we were pleased to attend a master class in the cafe "Zafaron" on cooking Bukhara pilaf. The charm of the hosts, their hospitality, delicious saffron tea, a detailed demonstration and explanation of all the cooking stages, and then a tasting of delicious pilaf - all this impressed!
