Payment for the leisure service is not justified at all , 4 songs were sung in an hour and the person disappeared altogether , different music was drumming in each hall (there are more questions on the menu , borscht with ribs is written , and there was one small rib in the borscht 😂

Были в большой компании на 2 этаже в зале с камином, играли в настольные игры. Зал уютный, для компании до 12 человек прекрасно подходит. Туалет чистый, мыло полотенца есть. Заказала кофе с десертом. Капучино вкусный, не горький, бодрит, фондю с фруктами божественный, шоколадный, приятное сочетание с фруктами.

Отличный ресторан, цены приемлимые, еда отличная - дранники с мясом огонь 🔥 штрудель тоже и большой завтрак тоже - все вкусно! Обстановка приятная, персонал приветливый и обходительный. Все понравилось, остались довольны.

But the staff is not all flexible. There was a ready-made green tea with lemon on the menu, but in fact it was not there. We will find out about this only after 10 minutes. They suggest choosing another one. We just choose green tea and ask you to add lemon there - voila and there is such tea))
If you are resting on the second floor, then be prepared that the waiter often goes to the first floor. In order to pay, we first had to go down to the first floor to get it, and then come back to pay))

Очень интересное и уютное место. Интерьер кафе тоже понравился. Веранда утеплена + установлены газовые обогреватели, также в центре веранды поставили печь на дровах, но в ней есть и плюсы и минусы (плюс дополнительное тепло, а минус в том, что когда сотрудник подбрасывает дрова, дым расходится по залу и одежда клиентов пропахнет дымом).
Меню понравилось, особенного шашлык из свиной шеи (он просто тает во рту)😋
А вот маринованные огурцы были практически свежие, а не маринованные.
Пиво нормальное.
Единственное что не понравилось, так это очень медленное обслуживание. Не знаю с чем это связано, то ли с не хваткой персонала, то ли они настолько медлительные. Один раз мы ждали свой заказ около часа🤬, что очень не приятно.

Праздновали юбилей. Обслуживание внимательное, приятная атмосфера, интерьер с светлых праздничных тонах. Несколько залов, никто друг другу не мешает. Сервировка стола достойная, кухня чуток не дотянула до 5 баллов) цезарь вообще простоват. Замечательный саксофонист, поют тоже достойно, репертуар разнообразный. Общим впечатлением довольны. Для банкетов отлично.

A banquet for 25 people was ordered.
We discussed the issues of “welcome drink” with the manager: there should have been light snacks (suggested by the manager himself), sparkling wine and vodka. But in the end, the waiter only served sparkling wine. When asked to bring vodka, he said that he was told to put only wine. No further action was taken. Neither vodka nor snacks were brought. Let me clarify once again, all these nuances were discussed in advance with the manager.
During the banquet, when asked to bring carpacho, the waiter replied: "Well, if you find a place to put it yourself, I will bring it." Maybe it's not the guests or the customers who should be doing this?! Maybe, in principle, this answer is not appropriate? Maybe it was just worth removing the extra bottles from the table?
The issue of drinks (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic) was not controlled in principle. The guests asked to bring them at least something to drink. WHY SHOULD THE CUSTOMER WALK AROUND THE TABLE AND SERVE THE GUESTS?! Why should the guests seek out the waiter and beg to bring a morse?
The staff should see for themselves when the drinks are running out and offer to bring more!!!!
The request to turn on the air conditioner was ignored. Only after 30-40 minutes after clarifying whether the air conditioner was turned on, the staff decided to make it cooler. Counting on dumb and blind guests?!
The dirty plates didn't change!! Absolutely!! Not once! The guests themselves performed the role of waiters, collected the plates and asked to be replaced when it was no longer possible to eat.
It is probably difficult for one waiter to work out a banquet for 25 people. As a rule, at least 2 waiters work at such events. Big questions for managers on this point!!!!!
The manager must also control any banquet. Especially if the waiters can't handle it. And such situations are unacceptable!!!
Looking for a waiter, constantly pushing him and telling him what needs to be done - all this is not the work of the guests and the customer, but the work of the manager!!!!!
Everything would be fine if it weren't for the management of the restaurant and the staff!!!!!!

Самый лучший ресторан в городе, официанты работают на УРА, быстрое приготовление блюд, шикарная подача, еда очень вкусная, всегда приятная музыка. В ресторане чисто, всегда хочется туда вернуться.

Место хорошое , терраса , Месяц назад приходил понравилось буквально все ! но вот сегодня пришел покушать. И получил Не приятный опыт , грязные кружки ! Долгое обслуживание , не вкусные блюда Закзаывал цезарь был не вкусный ! окунь по моим ощущениям не дожарен !!! Борщ был очень соленоват , еще момент на просьбу переделать салат мне сказали что он хороший и переделывать не будем это меня возмутило . Но у всего негатива. Есть и положительные моменты салат теплый с говядиной был хорош и еще Могу отметить очень вкусный десерт штрудель ! Не могу рекомендовать данное место , на звание ресторана не подходит кафе. С красивой террасой !

Without discos and other needs. Everything was very tasty cooked. In terms of food, it occupies a worthy 2nd place after Uralan in Kalmykia. Very cool! Very tasty! Fast feed. (It was really Monday). Персонал в основном молодой не очень опытный но прикольный и общительный.

Еда вкусная.Обмлуживанте не плохое.Персонал вежливый.Красивая и уютная атмосфера, единственное что хотелось бы музыку слышать а то очень тихо.Отмечали там др,музыкантов не было наверное потому что будний день,да и музыки для веселья у них не звучало.Пришлось привезти свою калонку что бы можно было хоть как то развеселиться и потанцевать.В остальном все хорошо.

Отметили юбилей друга 29.10. Из того, чему можно поставить 5 звёзд:
- официантка Полина!Очень внимательная и приятная девушка.
- музыка и музыканты
-интерьер и атмосфера
-штатный фотограф
И даже гардеробщица- прям милейшая женщина)))
На 4 звезды была кухня. В масштабе ресторана неплохо, но.. есть нюансы. 2ое горячее было слишком острым, бутерброды красивые, но прям ни о чём, рулетики из баклажан сырые.
Отдельно можно отметить санузлы! При большом скопление народа всё убирали оперативно и было достаточно чисто!
По общей оценке 5, молодцы, нашей компании из 10 человек всё очень понравилось!

Дорогие друзья, обслуживание внутри двора уровень, все быстро, за свои деньги класс, но вот ресторана терраса на сторону Суворова это подача 40 минут минимум простых блюд во вторник, щипцы для льда были поданы в кусочках мяса, грязные, официанты не решают вопросов, менеджера ресторана просто нет, здесь только локация 📍 решает, остальное это к сожалению одно название, никакой это не ресторан, такой же пивник возле кафе солнышко. Вы отлично продаете разливное пиво, зачем вам как будто рестораны ?*)))

Странные впечатления. Вроде с замахом на неплохой уровень, очень уютное место, в этом году ещё и ремонт сделан, но что-то пошло не так. В выходные, к 9 вечера "закончилось тесто для пиццы" ???? Вы серьезно, кроме картофеля фри и картофельной запеканки кушать было нечего. Очень жаль, что на большие выходные не запланировано достаточное количество продуктов. Это очень странно. Видимо, прибыль рассчитано сделать только за счёт алкоголя. Очень надеюсь, что это просто неудачный день.
