There is an elevator, which is very necessary for any hotel. There is a small (15-20 cars) private parking of the hotel behind the gates and under video surveillance. Located in the historical center of Gomel, across the street is a very gorgeous park with swans and ducks, with a very beautiful church of Peter and Paul. However, it's noisy on weekends because of the nearby children's park. Polite, helpful, competent staff. Cleanliness and excellent service. A cozy restaurant. The room is decently decorated, large, has everything you need from a toothbrush to a bathrobe. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning, mosquito net on the window. The Internet did not let me down. There are some minor issues with mattresses and pillows, but trust me, a man who spends half his life in hotels is not the worst. The slippers are very uncomfortable. Not the best sound insulation (you can hear the neighbors through the wall, you can hear the doors opening in the rooms). What needs to be improved is that the Breakfast (buffet) is not big, edible, you can't go hungry, but for such a pompous hotel it spoils the whole impression.

In my opinion, the best option for living in Gomel. The location is excellent. Close to the center, directly opposite the amusement park, within walking distance of the embankment and the palace. There are a lot of cafes nearby, too. But the food in the hotel itself is decent. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. As for the interior, yes, it is clear that repairs have been done for a long time, that the designer (if there was one) tried very hard to stylize the castle, but he overdid it. 😆😆😆 However, the main thing is to see that they maintain order and try to make it comfortable. It's clean, everything is included, including toothbrushes, pastes, bathrobes and more. Very nice staff. You can provide the car number in advance and park in a closed guarded parking lot. In general, we stayed there 2 times, 2 years in a row. And I can safely recommend it.
