I couldn't open the door with the key, the lock was stuck. The autopsy cost of 60-100 rubles was announced on the phone. As a result, the master arrived and after opening the lock, he said that the problem was in the key (it was broken and he saw it immediately, but did not announce it) and we could just take a spare key or run to redo this one. But in the end, we were charged 250 rubles for the lock, which was still opened within 10 minutes. The master did not announce the amount in advance. The amount is large, 3-4 times more than what was announced on the phone and was simply shocking. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste.
