We searched the Dubai mall for Zara Home and Zara Kids purposefully: we had a list of orders from children with photos and articles. We went through the departments – nostalgia. It is gratifying that Russian-speaking consultants have appeared in all stores, which facilitates communication and speeds up the process of finding the right things (although it is not a problem to explain yourself to sellers using pictures and in English). Unfortunately, Black Friday was held in the mall the day before, and many items from our list were not available. This is where the Russian-speaking staff proved to be in demand, helping with the selection of alternatives and sizes. My husband couldn't find anything interesting for himself at Zara Men: the models of trousers didn't catch his eye. And I only issued a tax free for all clothes at Zara for women. By the way, no problem: the Russian passport did not confuse anyone when scanning. As a result, all loaded receipts were successfully displayed at the airport in the refund area, as well as the amount to be refunded. I didn't even have to show anything of what I bought.
