The quality of the clothes was not so good. A couple of years ago, we bought my husband a basic white ZARA T-shirt. It was perfectly washed. Two years of washing and nothing has shrunk or deformed.
A week ago we went to get a new T-shirt. The prices are not small compared to other brands. We bought a T-shirt, washed it before wearing it according to the instructions on the label. I washed it with other new T-shirts from another brand.
As a result, I was upset. The Zara T-shirt gave a strong shrinkage in length (more than 2 cm) and the collar was slightly deformed. The view after the first wash became unpresentable. Nothing like this happened to the other T-shirts. Sorry for the money spent.

The entire staff hates their job and performs it mediocre. 6 different consultants told me different information about where the trousers I needed were hanging. The desire to help is zero. Everyone is throwing responsibility on each other. As a result, the trousers turned out to be in a different department altogether, and at a completely different price, which I was not warned about. The girl, checking the availability of the size I needed, said that marriage can also be displayed in stock! And this means that you can come for the size you need and leave with nothing, because the staff is negligent about their work. At the checkout, the girl stood in front of me on the phone for five minutes, despite punching everything in her eyes and did not listen to what I was saying to her, this wasted time, and a thousand questions that I have already answered. As a result, 40 minutes of time were spent and the mood was spoiled for the whole day, and the trousers were married.
