I'm just angry that they're lying to me, and I don't have anything to get after all this time. I'm generally shocked that such a thing can happen in such a company, I understand that these are shoals of employees who simply need to be deprived of their jobs for such an attitude.

Tech support only says that "some department has taken over the processing", but there is no result. No one contacts and says whether the goods will be delivered at all. If you want to receive an item by a certain date, for a gift to someone - do not contact them, they will be late, the holiday will be ruined. Well, that's half the battle. And here are the answers of the support service, which does not know where the product is - a separate song. They can't do anything at all. They are just transmitters of information without the slightest authority. They can't even find out what's going on with the product right now. I'm not talking about somehow influencing the delivery time and scolding a bad warehouse. In general, I do not advise anyone to order anything here. This is a waste of time, loss of money, loss of nerves due to the fact that you are not considered a person to whom you can give at least some information. If you want to endure humiliation, Zara's online store is your choice.
