Come to the checkout with a label (after standing in line for 20 minutes!) I was told that I had to take off the T-shirt I wanted to buy, and only then would they accept the payment. Although there were no magnets on the T-shirt and they did not do any manipulations with it! There is no desire to visit your store at all! Employees come up with some awkward rules on their own.

Not a single consultant was in sight. When asked by the cashier for help finding a consultant, they answer to look for them in the fitting room. In the fitting room, I still found a girl who said that the requested size 45 was not there, but I found it myself on the shelf after looking around a little. Of course, I would really like the level of service to be at least close to the countries in which this brand has been present for a long time. I think this is primarily the work of the administration.
