“I had a really bad experience at this shop, especially in the ladies’ section. The staff was completely unhelpful, and when I asked for assistance, they seemed uninterested in helping me. To make things worse, the manager, Sofia, was not truthful about resolving the issue. It felt like she was more concerned with defending her staff than actually helping a customer. Overall, very disappointed with the service.”

To the delight of the residents of the capital, the clothing store opened in the city center was a long-awaited event. We are pleased with the diverse assortment and adequate prices for the global brand. Unfortunately, the service in the store suffers a lot. I went to buy shoes, a shirt, trousers. Not a single consultant was in sight. When asked by the cashier for help finding a consultant, they answer to look for them in the fitting room. In the fitting room, I still found a girl who said that the requested size 45 was not there, but I found it myself on the shelf after looking around a little. Of course, I would really like the level of service to be at least close to the countries in which this brand has been present for a long time. I think this is primarily the work of the administration.

The store is full of people, but there are very few employees, we stood in line at the checkout for more than 40 minutes.
When asked to look for another size, employees go through the things on the racks with their hands, their system only allows you to find out whether it should be somewhere in the store or not, nothing more.
The things that I asked to be put aside at the checkout for 10 minutes while I walk around their store were taken back and I had to look for them again.

With such monstrous margins on things, the store is just incredibly bad.

We haven't been able to deliver any orders from the online store yet. For the first time, they kept the same status for a month and answered only "sorry, we don't know what the reason for the delay is." It was never delivered. Now the order has been handed over to the courier, but the courier has been lost and there has been no news about delivery for two days.
In the store itself, there is always a queue at the checkout, which moves very slowly, since two of the three cashiers work at best, one of which always has a super slow cashier.
