In this beautiful and pleasant manor, a corporate party was celebrated in an atmosphere of comfort and harmony. Everything was perfect! A large well-maintained area where you can hold various team building events, there are various additional sports activities, a very good SPA and sauna. The kitchen is just a delight, our whole huge team was very satisfied. Special thanks to Marina, who just in an incredibly short time helped us organize the holiday and took into account all our wishes, and also advised an incredibly cool presenter and DJ, as well as administrator Maxim, who accompanied us throughout the day and helped us solve emerging issues and requests with ease and positivity, and in general to everyone, who helped make our vacation incredibly cool, atmospheric and soulful! You guys are all very cool! All our staff appreciated your attention to detail, responsiveness, friendliness and desire to make our stay as comfortable as possible! A wonderful vacation at the Zarechany manor and a fabulous tree house! The house surprised and delighted both adults and children. Unusual and creative. The lily pond deserves special praise, how beautiful and delicate these flowers are! A large well-maintained area with a large number of recreation areas. Lots of colors and photo locations. A playground for children and a small tree house allowed the children to have even more fun. Next to the river Ptich, we swam in it, the water is clean. Thanks to the owners of the estate for their hard work, and for the opportunity to relax with them and have a good time!

We chose a tree house by chance. We wanted to retire from the hustle and bustle of the city with my husband, to be alone together. We didn't miss it. The cottage has everything for relaxation: a soft bed, clean soft towels, beautiful dishes, a kettle, a microwave oven. On the ground floor there is a barbecue, gazebo, pond, fish. Very helpful hosts. By our arrival, the firewood was already crackling in the stove, it was very cozy.... The house exceeded all our expectations. It was like in a fairy tale: cozy, romantic. Next time we will definitely go here, but we will use additional services: a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. Many thanks to the hosts for such a romantic weekend.

One of the main events of our life took place here - the wedding. First of all, I would like to note the territory: large, well-groomed, there was a place to walk. The painting took place right above the lake, the views are unreal
All our wishes for the decor have been taken into account!
The kitchen was sooo much liked by the guests, they praised it for a long time after the wedding 😅 a separate respect for breakfast!!

We celebrated our birthday in the "bathhouse". 4 rooms with 3 beds. Nice guest room with a large table. The sauna was ready by the time ordered. There is a terrace with a barbecue area, which is very pleased with the cozy and homely atmosphere. Affectionate locals came to visit, they felt at home.) There is an opportunity to play sports and entertainment games... Ball games, volleyball, table tennis...
Seryozha, who met and escorted into the house, helped with the lack of dishes, etc. conducted tours of the territory, the museum, in the evening offered to go play tennis and conducted, was very kind and unobtrusive. The bathhouse was good, only the font was brrr... It's like going into an ice hole for baptism, it burns. There are shortcomings in the house that need to be eliminated. The Internet does not catch and Wi-Fi is also somewhere in the same place. It 's the same with the TV .It was cool and damp in one of the bedrooms, and the radiator was leaking in the second. On the ground floor in the bathroom.For some reason, condensate is flowing along the walls of the node. But since we came to rest, we didn't pay much attention to it, but talked and had fun. And we had a very good time.)

I was very impressed with the house museum - the history is so carefully collected, stored and transmitted! There is a tree house, a lake, a great banquet hall, a swimming pool in the house, rooms and rest houses and many, many interesting and beautiful things! Recently, a wedding was celebrated at the Zarechany manor. We would like to say a big thank you to Mikhail and Marina for organizing our holiday, and we also want to express special thanks to the administrator Maxim (who solved any issue) and all the waiters! All the guests really liked the area, there is a place to walk, retire and enjoy nature. The food was very tasty, the guests appreciated everything. Everything was cozy and sincere. The houses are clean and tidy. The nights are already cool, and our houses were heated in advance. In the morning, we received a visit to the aqua zone, a sauna and a swimming pool as a gift. We were very pleased with the holiday, we recommend it! 10/10

A nice manor house near Minsk. Amazing nature!! The house on the water is simply amazing!! There is also a tree house and in general the whole territory is huge, like a museum. You can walk for days and consider)) There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cafe, barbecue, swimming pool, Playground, swing, pond, there are many houses on the territory for overnight stays. In general, I recommend you to visit!

They rented a family house, the site indicated six beds, two double beds on the second floor and, in fact, a sofa that was supposed to fold out, BUT when it was time to sleep, it turned out that the fifth place was on a broken sofa, without laying it out, and the sixth place, as they called it, an extra bed, namely, a cot. They paid such money to sleep it is not clear how to sleep on the couch and on a cot. We called Mikhail to resolve the issue. It turned out that children under 12 years old need a separate bed, according to Mikhail, because they already have adult children, and then in fact there are only two beds instead of the stated six. Mikhail refused the offer to come and resolve this issue on the spot, said I was already asleep, it was late, but no one told us how to sleep.Then I just sent a man who carried another extra bed, a cot, for half an hour. Underfloor heating, as indicated on the website, turned out to be without heating, but generally cold, and who knew that you need to heat the house yourself? The grill is absolutely not designed to roast a barbecue. There is nothing to turn the coals, they put a grill on the coals and fried the meat on skewers and on the grill because of the inconvenient size of the grill and shone a flashlight on the phone since there is no lighting. It was also indicated on the website that the house can accommodate eight people during the day, but how if there are only four chairs, and the fifth had to be lowered from a room on the second floor, and there is very little space for six people, let alone eight. There are also two cats on the territory who are always climbing into the house, I'm tired of kicking them out.

As we found out after the whole wedding, they were not provided with smoke for the first dance, although this was stipulated. In the middle of the evening, the groom was taken away and told to pay and told to pay extra money, it is not clear why. It was also agreed that on day 2 we would have the entire sauna complex with a large swimming pool at our disposal, in fact we were provided with a sauna and a font with dirty and green water. The time of the second day was also agreed at 17 00-18 00, as a result, we were asked to leave at 15 o'clock. Well, the worst thing is, they tried to hide alcohol, and there was less barbecue than was brought.

Good rooms for sleeping, with comfortable pillows and orthopedic mattresses (this is important for people after 30).

I don't like to spoil people's reputation, but I want to protect others from unfulfilled expectations.
Not the same farmhouse, however…
Half of what is stated is no longer there. Laser tag, paintball was once a very long time ago, apparently. There are old fences and a grid.
The trampoline is all torn up, the playground is sagging. The swing is dirty.
The fountain was turned on to show us that it exists. And then they turned it off. There used to be beautiful installations, cascading waterfalls, but everything is abandoned.
Lighting at each house… It seems to be there, but it is also not included.
The territory is beautiful and green. There are different berries, apples, plums. Pigs, chickens.
You can play basketball and volleyball. There are hammocks, a carriage, an old Zaporozhets, a swing decorated with flowers. But they are yellow from old age.
I wonder where such reviews come from. Maybe people have never seen another service in their lives. In fact, they just collected money from us and then everyone had no time and no time for us.
Yes, all the questions were answered. Yes, they brought us products "from under the cow" on the penultimate day. There are only birds and guinea pigs on the base itself. They don't produce anything themselves.
The cleaning is very superficial. This kind of service is really strange for me.

Someone else's swimming trunks were hanging on a hook) And the cost is like in a water park for six. Although they gave us a discount, I will not hide it. But it's not worth three kopecks. So kindly look into all the corners.
I think we paid a lot for what we received. We also have a cottage outside the city and there are flowers and trees there too. That's all we've actually tasted here.
We rent accommodation only with a swimming pool. Even when we go to the sea. And this is very important for us. But on the last day they refused to take us to the spa, allegedly the children pour a lot of water. Yes, of course, we are splashing, swimming. By the way, that's why I went out of town to have a swimming pool. By the way, we didn't jump off the sides. Just splashing around. This, of course, is utter nonsense: to swim in water and not wet anything :-) Maybe it's a pity for the water!? It's a shame because the children were crying. We promised them a pool. That's probably what prompted me to write everything I think about this place.
The water in the faucet is yellow and has a smell. We bought water in the shops.
There is no river from the word at all. Three meters wide. The bridges are old. The children swam once.
Cooking is stated on the website. But again it turned out that there is a chef coming from the city and you need to pay at least 200 rubles. Well, I'm sorry. I don't eat in a restaurant for 200 rubles (5500 rubles approximately).
Well, that is, there is a BUT in everything! They are imprisoned at weddings, not at the reception of people with children. The service is "a la collective farm".

The place is very nice and beautiful. But the service leaves much to be desired! A wedding was organized and celebrated there. But unfortunately there were some moments that spoiled the mood of the newlyweds and guests. Many agreements were not fulfilled, which were agreed in advance and confirmed the day before the wedding. But in fact, they were not fulfilled. The decor was not fully decorated, and during the wedding it turned out that a separate surcharge was required for additional lighting. There were no waiters to catch. When the moment came for the guests to settle for the night, the amount for additional places increased dramatically, although the day before it was about a completely different cost. Drinks, food, cake and a whole package of coffee, it is unclear where they went, although the coffee machine constantly gave out an error. Breakfast started earlier than the agreed time, when everyone was still asleep. And at the moment when my friends and I were at the spa, a man came out with a question: "Are you still here?!" I started folding the pool. When the girls changed their clothes, a man broke into the locker room without knocking. And then, of course, the promised feast did not happen on the 2nd, and in the end they called us "insolvent" although all payments were made on time. And finally: the newlyweds spent the night in a cold, unheated house, in which the temperature was like outside! And there wasn't even any paper to light the fireplace! Thanks to this, the young people successfully caught a cold. So thank you very much, for a superbly organized holiday and unsurpassed customer orientation, the Zarechany Farmstead!

We called the hotel to clarify about dinner, as we were going to arrive late (we made an advance payment for a house by the water for two). We were informed that dinner would be prepared, but we need to call an hour in advance so that we don't have to wait.
As agreed, we called an hour in advance, but we were already told that for dinner we would be able to cook only chicken fillet with buckwheat, and some kind of salad. When asked if there was anything else, the answer was that "the cook has 30 more guests and he won't have time to cook anything else" and "what do you like chicken fillet-not a normal meal?" - in a dissatisfied tone!
Thank you very much, there is no desire to go to this place!
